Meridian Perfumery currently ships within Canada only.
Orders are carefully packed and shipped twice weekly from Vancouver, BC. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships and delivery delays during busy carrier seasons.
Meridian Perfumery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. The customer owns the risk of loss once Meridian has delivered the package to the carrier.
Bottle Orders
Free shipping on fragrance bottle orders $180+ CAD before taxes.
Orders under $180:
- British Columbia & Alberta: $15 CAD
- Rest of Canada: $18 CAD
All bottle orders include tracking.
Sample Orders
Discovery sample orders ship for $8 CAD (untracked) or $15 CAD (tracked).
Sample shipping is free on orders of $90+ CAD before taxes.
A quick note on untracked shipping
Untracked shipping keeps costs low, but it comes without tracking or insurance. Once your package leaves us, we can’t see where it is or confirm delivery. If you choose untracked, you’re accepting the risk that it may arrive late or not at all, and we’re unable to offer refunds, replacements, or other remedies for lost or delayed untracked packages.
For peace of mind, we always recommend tracked shipping. 💛
Limited free local pickup:
Limited and free local pickup is available in Yaletown, Vancouver.
Contact hello@meridianperfumery.com prior to ordering to confirm a pickup. Pickups are on Saturdays at 9:30am. If you have not picked up your order within two weeks, we will reach out to discuss shipping or to refund the purchase.
